Mayor Bloomberg is calling on Governor Paterson to quickly pick a new Senator, even though Hillary Clinton has not resigned and the Senate is not in session.

I wonder how Bloomberg would feel if Paterson said that it was time that Mike named a new Commissioner of the City Department of Environmental Protection. There has been only an Acting Commissioner since November 18th
