Ann Pettway, accused of kidnapping Carlina White 23 years ago from Harlem Hospital has surrendered.
Pettway turned herself into the FBI at about 1:30 in Stratford Conn, and is expected to be in court Monday on probation violation charges.

Pettway is suspected of snatching Carlina White as a newborn at Harlem Hospital in 1987 and raising her in Connecticut and Georgia.
White solved her own kidnapping last week,and Pettway, 44, whose last known address was in Raleigh, N.C., was spotted Saturday in Bridgeport, trying to pawn jewelry, cops said.
The state statute of limitations for kidnapping has expired. There is no statute of limitations for federal kidnapping, but no federal warrant has been issued as of yet.
