No. But the jury is still out, and history will be much kinder on "Obamacare." In time, "Obamacare" may be favorably looked and just as ground-breaking as the Social Security system. The problem right now is conservatives have done an effective job with convincing the American People that somehow "Obamacare" will cost them more than the current health care system.
