The North Atlantic Economic Union

Jeremy Rifkin in his book the European Dream points out the differences between the European and American Dreams.  Unknown to many Americans is the fact that Europe has more population and an equal GNP when compared to the U.S.  Meanwhile on the other side of the globe China is coming into its own as an economic superpower threatening both European and American supremacy.

Now you know I speak often of the formation of regional unions that join to form one world in the end.  The question is how do these unions join?  Well a first step would be to join the E.U. and North America.  But people on both sides of the Atlantic are hesitant at this time to join as one.

What is needed is a catalyst.  And that catalyst is an emerging China.  Only a North Atlantic Union would counter balance a first world China matching it in both GNP and population.  Yes, fear of being subjugated by a Chinese economic superpower will drive the E.U. and North America together.

From there you will have a domino effect of other regional unions joining together until all are one and it includes the U.S., Europe and China.  So fear will create union and out of union fear will dissipate into a peaceful whole.
