If the First Lady’s words, as her voice cracked with emotion, are not motivation in particular for Urban America to succeed, to pursue an education,  and take care of your community, understanding that nothing worthwhile in life is easy…if that does not motivate you, what will?

Success is always possible, if we *believe* we can do it, and are willing to put in the work.
