This is almost the mirror image of Maddow’s sorry rantings in the opposite direction.
In the case of this sad piece of work, the parts here about McGreevey and Craig, Vitter and Spitzer, blithely ignore which ones stayed in office and which ones left.
In actuality, how the body politic responds to each scandal has more to do with the individual circumstances (Spitzer being a self righteous former prosecutor, McGreevey being the likely target of future non-sex related investigations, Chris Lee‘s tranny obsession) than with the pol’s party affiliation (despite what both right and left wing bloggers delude themselves into believing).
